Prim Santa Hat

This is a hat we made last year,all sewn and stuffed items in it. We had to paint and sand each item. It was our first attemp at painting muslin. We liked them but it took several shows to sell them all. One item we would not make again- alot of work-kept one for ourselves-and thats all I need.

Candle Mats

Finally something I did this year. Felt candle mats , blanket stitched together. I did other designs but they all sold out. They liked the black mats with the white pumpkins and vines the best. Hope these sell this weekend. We are going to work on some sewing projects this winter.We'll see what we come up with, right now our brains are resting up for our show.lol

I started to get some Christmas things out on my porch. It just doesn't seem right with the leaves still falling. Guess I'll hold up on some of it. We made these a couple of years ago.

My Daughter Chelsie

This is my daughter Chelsie Noel,15 years old. One of our pictures we had taken this fall.

We worked on some new Pumpkin candles today. We got 42 of them done. We chose a variety of sizes and colors of pumpkins. They will range in different prices according to the size of the pumpkin. They start at $10.00, $14.00 and $20.00 . If interested contact us with your information. Today we prepared for fall tomorrow back to Christmas.

This is a shelf with our baskets on it. The first basket on the left is the size of a peck basket. The one on the top right is the size of a window palnter. Looks good on mantles too.

Handmade baskets

These are some of the baskets we make. They are all hand made by us . They are maple splint and woven on molds with a weaving horse just like at Longaberger. Our most popular ones are the ones in the wooden shelves. There are 2 styles of those. Our husbands cut and make those for us.

We finally finished 35 tables and we are ready to start painting more snowmen tables. We have lots of snowman scenes that we have painted before on buckets. We decided after painting about 1000 buckets a year for 3 years we can't look at another bucket. The tables are taking about 3 times as long to paint , but it was a nice break from buckets.

Okay that's it for yesterday's work. This heat is just too much on you and we do all of our work outside in the garage. It's already noon and we can't force ourselves outside yet. Maybe we see a day off in the near future. Like right now. Feel free to leave comments. We will not be shipping picnic baskets. The price is too high for these to ship. Also do you think were on the right track for the background colors of the tables? Do you have any suggestions for the scenes?
